Every ADU we build is a custom project with hundreds of design decisions which alter the price of the build. The largest factors in pricing are: square footage, site conditions, attached, detached, or internal ADU, and building materials selection. If you plan on doing a modest attached ADU you could expect your cost to be $250,000 - $350,000, an internal ADU (basement granny-suite) you could expect your cost to be $100,000 - $150,000, or a fully detached ADU could cost anywhere from $350,000 - $650,000.
